At Pawnec Philippines, we want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item is defective or the wrong size, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of receipt provided it remains in its original condition.

Return Process

  Contact our support team via email or our official social media channels with your order number and photos of the item you wish to return.

  Wait for Approval

  Our quality control team will review your request within 48 hours to confirm the item meets our eligibility criteria for a return or exchange.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Once approved, securely pack the item in its original packaging and ship it to our designated fulfillment center in Metro Manila.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Replacement

  After we inspect the returned goods, we will process your replacement shipping or issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
